1. Handcrafted Uniqueness
   All our toys are handcrafted by skilled Kondapalli artisans. Slight variations in color, size, and texture are part of the natural handmade process and should not be considered defects.
2. Eligibility for Returns
   Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition, or if an incorrect item has been delivered. To be eligible, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
3. Non-Returnable Items
   Products damaged due to customer mishandling, natural wear and tear, or custom/personalized orders are not eligible for return or refund.
4. Return Request Process
   To initiate a return, please contact us at info@toytalesofkondapalli.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item.
5. Return Approval
   Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging when shipped back.
6. Refund Timeline
   Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
7. Exchange Policy
   Exchanges are offered only if the item received is damaged or defective, and the same product is available in stock. In case it’s unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
   Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error or damage caused by Toy Tales of Kondapalli.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
   If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us directly.
